AI readiness is not about the tools you buy. It is about data, processes, people, security and governance. We assess all five in a short scan and tell you honestly where you stand - and which step pays off first.
5 minutes online. Instant report.
A real AI initiative succeeds or fails on more than tech. These are the areas where things actually break in practice.
Do you know where AI delivers return? Without a clear goal every pilot becomes an experiment without an end.
Is your data accessible, clean and structured? AI without usable data produces expensive nonsense.
Does your team understand what AI can and cannot do? Adoption is the #1 reason AI projects fail.
Are your processes clear enough to automate? Unclear processes stay unclear, even with AI.
Who is allowed to do what with which data? AI without governance is a data leak with fancy branding.
Mandatory from 2026. Which AI systems fall under which risk category and what must you document?
Based on your readiness score you know where you stand. These are the logical next steps.
Online questionnaire, 5 minutes. Instant report with your score per dimension.
We turn your readiness into a concrete roadmap. Which processes first, which later, which never.
Ready to start? We build what gives you the fastest return in your situation.
Sometimes the answer is: not yet. We say so when data or processes need attention first.
Our readiness output is a working document, not a marketing PDF. You can act on it tomorrow.
Risk classification, transparency and documentation are part of the scan, not a separate audit.
We implement what we recommend. The next step is not another report, but working software.
5-minute questionnaire about your organization, data, team and goals. Instant report per dimension.
We discuss the results. Where is the score low? Where is impact biggest? What are the blockers?
Concrete plan: what first, what later. Includes two to three quick wins you can pick up this month.
Optional: we kick off the first implementation or training, based on the outcome of the scan.
AI readiness is how prepared an organization is to deploy AI successfully. It measures six dimensions: strategy, data, people, processes, security/governance and compliance (such as the EU AI Act). A high score means AI can deliver direct return. A low score does not mean you can do nothing - it means other steps are needed first.
We use a questionnaire of around 25 questions, divided across six dimensions. Per dimension you get a score from 1 to 5 and a short explanation. The scan takes five minutes and you receive an instant report. For a deep assessment we combine the scan with a call to verify the scores.
AI readiness looks at whether you are ready to start. AI maturity measures how far you already are with actual usage. An organization can have high readiness but low maturity (ready but not started) or the opposite (started but sloppily set up). Our scan covers both.
The EU AI Act classifies AI systems into four risk categories: unacceptable, high, limited and minimal. For high-risk systems you must demonstrate documentation, monitoring and human oversight. Most SMB applications fall under limited risk, mainly resulting in transparency obligations. Our scan tells you which category your systems fall into.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. An AI agent based on your website, product info or manuals works fine without a clean database. For analytics, predictions or automated decisions you do need structured data. The scan makes the difference clear.
The online scan is free. A deep assessment with roadmap is from €1,495 as part of AI advisory. Implementation starts from €1,495 for basic, €2,950 for premium and €4,950 for custom software. No subscriptions, fixed price per project.
Five minutes. Instant report. Then you decide if you want a call about the next step.
