The advisory engagement has a fixed price depending on your company size and scope. In the intro call we discuss this and give you an exact price. If you then implement with us, we deduct part of the advisory fee from the implementation budget.
A traditional firm delivers a report. After that you have to find someone to execute it yourself. We only advise on what we can build ourselves, or transparently refer you onward.
No. You get a substantiated report that you can execute with any team or agency. You can also have us do the implementation. That is not a condition.
We sign a non-disclosure agreement upfront. Data is only used for analysis, not for training AI models. If the advisory flows into implementation, we deliver a data processing agreement.
The process fits best with companies of 10 to 250 employees with clear process-driven activities: administration, customer service, production, logistics. For companies under 10 people, a short AI readiness scan usually works better.
