The advisory engagement has a fixed price depending on your company size and scope. In the intro call we discuss this and give you an exact price. If you then implement with us, we deduct part of the advisory fee from the implementation budget.

We sign a non-disclosure agreement upfront. Data is only used for analysis, not for training AI models. If the advisory flows into implementation, we deliver a data processing agreement.
