We apply that expertise to improve business processes. Concretely: we build custom software that automates operational processes, from order management and production planning to delivery routes and automated reporting. We deliver AI agents for customer service, sales and administration that also answer questions outside office hours. And we train teams to work with AI themselves. Custom software is software built specifically for your business process. We analyze your workflow, build the solution and deliver a working product. Concrete examples from our practice: order management systems that turn orders from a messaging app into structured orders. Production planning on a large screen on the shop floor, synchronized in real-time with the office. Delivery route optimization with step-by-step interfaces for drivers. An AI agent is a digital worker specifically configured for your business. Unlike ChatGPT, an AI agent is set up for your products, processes and tone of voice. The agent runs on your own infrastructure and is reachable via your website, email or a messaging app, also outside office hours. Integrations with your existing systems are custom work and we discuss them upfront. Implementation starts from 1,495 euros. We configure everything on your infrastructure.

Two formats, both 1-on-1. The AI training is one-time: 3 hours via Microsoft Teams from €449 ex VAT (Advanced €449, Specialist €579; longer or custom on request), with materials based on your own session and a 30-minute aftercare call. The AI coaching is ongoing: €399 per month with the first month as a trial month, a monthly 2-hour call plus WhatsApp access. Team trainings via the academy are on request and tailored.

That depends on how much routine work your business has. In the free call we look at which tasks are suited to AI and what a project costs. You get a proposal with a fixed price upfront, so you can weigh it against the time the work takes today. We do not promise a payback period.

All data is processed on your own infrastructure. Your data is not shared with third parties and not used to train AI models. We provide a data processing agreement. Encrypted connections, API key management and audit logging are standard. Our background is in high-performance trading systems, where security starts at the design stage.

No. For custom software and AI agents we handle all the technical work. You provide input on your processes and goals, we build, test and deliver. In our training sessions you learn to work with AI step by step, regardless of your technical background. We serve clients from freelancers to corporates, each with a different knowledge level. Our approach adapts to your level.

The lead time depends on the size of your project. After the intake you get a proposal with scope and timeline. You request a training via the booking form and we confirm within 24 hours on working days. After delivery we remain available for optimization and support.
