Process automation from manual to self-driving
Multi-step processes where multiple systems, decisions and people come together. Order intake, approval flows, operational processes. With AI those processes become self-driving, not just automated.
30 min no-obligation call.
Six process types we automate
Not one task but a complete process end-to-end. From inbound signal to finished outcome.
Order & quote processes
From inbound request via email or form to generated quote and confirmed order. Including price calculation and stock check.
Approval flows
Leave, purchasing, expenses - AI routes to the right approver, gathers context and adds suggestion based on history.
Multi-system workflows
An event in your CRM triggers actions in accounting, document generation and mail. AI orchestrates without fragile integrations.
Decision processes
Credit check, risk analysis, customer segmentation. AI weighs multiple data sources and advises with reasoning.
System-to-system sync
Keep data between tools up-to-date without fragile API mappings. AI interprets and writes to the right field.
Performance monitoring
KPIs across processes measured, deviations automatically flagged, root cause suggestions on outliers.
Why AI goes beyond RPA or low-code
Classical process automation works when every step is deterministic. As soon as judgment is required, it stops. AI picks up that part.
Judgment where rules fall short
Not every process is 'if X then Y'. For cases where context is needed, AI can determine the right route where scripts would get stuck.
Less maintenance per change
Your CRM updates? Supplier changes format? Classical automation breaks. AI adapts to intent, not exact form.
Faster time-to-value
No months-long BPMN modeling with consultants. 2-6 weeks from intro to working process.
Integrates with what you have
No new BPM suite or iPaaS contract. We build on your existing systems and add AI where needed.
How we approach a process
Process walk-through
60 minYou walk us through your current process. Where are the bottlenecks? Where is rework? Where does deciding cost time?
Design
Week 1We design the future flow: what stays manual, what AI does, which systems we integrate. With fixed price.
Build & integration
Week 2-6Implementation with weekly demos. You see the flow working on your data, can steer before go-live.
Live and optimization
Week 6+Process running, team trained, we monitor performance and tune based on actual usage.
Frequently asked questions
Tools like UiPath, Zapier and Make work with explicit rules - every deviation you script yourself. AI adds judgment: understands context, picks routes, recognizes exceptions. For stable, simple processes, classical RPA is fine. As soon as human judgment was involved, AI is the better choice.
Not required. We document together during the walk-through. Perfectionist process mapping before building is often wasted time - we start with what visibly hurts and iterate.
Usually yes. CRM, accounting, ERP, mail, HR tools - we integrate via APIs or, where not possible, via files/mail. Enterprise systems like SAP and Salesforce are standard, specific industry software we check in intake.
All AI decisions are loggable and reviewable. For regulated sectors (finance, healthcare, public sector) we explicitly build with audit trail and human-in-the-loop controls. Logs stay within your infrastructure.
That is the advantage of AI over rigid automation. Small changes the system absorbs itself. Larger changes (new system, different approval structure) we adjust in a short follow-up sprint, not a complete new project.
OpenClaw installation for a single process (like an approval flow): from €1,495. Full custom process automation with integrations across multiple departments: from €1,950. Fixed price per project.
