Frequently asked questions
Classical RPA and workflow tools work with explicit rules - every deviation you script yourself. AI adds judgment: understands context, picks routes, recognizes exceptions. For stable, simple processes, classical RPA is fine. When human judgment is needed, AI is the better fit.
Not required. We document together during the walk-through. Perfectionist process mapping before building is often wasted time - we start with what visibly hurts and iterate.
Integration with your CRM, accounting package, ERP or HR system is custom work. We integrate via APIs or, where not possible, via files or mail. In the intake we check your software.
